Cuban Montuno recipe

1 1/2 lbs pork meat
1 bay leaf
1 green pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Goya Adobo
3 tsp Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 big onions sliced
Oregano to taste
2 Morron Pimiento chopped
Heat water in a big saucepan, cover pork with water. Add
bay leaf, pepper, onion, green peppers and salt. Simmer
one hour until pork is tender. Chill; cut in cubes. Sauté
meat in olive oil. Add oregano, onions and garlic. Cook
until onions are tender.
Serves 4.
