Cuban Chicken Spread recipe

1 cup chicken, boiled and ground
1 small jar red pimentos
1 Tsp sweet relish
4 oz cream cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients well, spread over bread slices, remove crust and
make sandwiches. They will look prettier if cut with a cookie cutter
into different shapes.
