Cuban Chayote Salad recipe (Mirliton
Salad)

6 chayotes (also referred to as meletons or mirlitons)
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup oil
Boil and cube chayotes. Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over
cubed chayote. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve over
lettuce.
serves 6.
