Cuban Pineapple Milkshake
recipe - Batido de Pina
2 cups cut pineapple (preferably fresh, not from the can)
2 cups milk
2 cups crushed ice
4 tbsp. sugar
Place crushed ice in blender or chop the ice in your blender if
possible. Add remaining ingredients and puree in blender until
smooth. Serve immediately.
3-4 servings or 2 very large servings.
